CARE GUIDE

CASHMERE

Crafted from the world's finest cashmere, your piece is exceptionally delicate and deserves thoughtful care to preserve its softness, drape, and longevity.

Cleaning

Dry Clean Only

Avoid washing or spot cleaning at home, as moisture and agitation may alter the texture and finish of the cashmere.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, ideally within its original packaging or a breathable muslin bag.

To naturally protect the fibres, place a few cloves or other organic repellents inside a small porous pouch and keep alongside the garment.

Caring for Pulled Threads

In the event of a pulled thread caused by jewellery or sharp objects, do not tug the loose yarn directly.

Instead, gently ease the affected area diagonally by holding the fabric just above the pull until the thread settles back into place.

If a small excess thread remains visible, carefully trim it with fine scissors.

Ironing

For high-end cashmere stoles or scarves, place a breathable muslin cloth over the fabric and use a flat (no steam) iron on the lowest heat setting.

Swarovski embellishments or delicate handwork cannot be ironed directly.

Use only a flat press on a covered surface — no direct heat on embellishments.
