Every Ashwaa piece is carefully packaged and shipped with the same attention to detail that goes into crafting it.
Domestic Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within India.
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
- Express Delivery: 2-3 business days
- All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
International Shipping
Ashwaa ships to select international destinations. Please reach out to us at info@ashwaa.com for details.
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs inspection, which can cause additional delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email & a text on your registered WhatsApp number with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
- Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of dispatch
- You can track your order via the carrier's website or through your Ashwaa account
- If tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days, please contact us
Packaging
Every Ashwaa product is presented in our signature packaging, designed to protect your purchase and reflect the care that goes into each piece.
- Products are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper
- Shipped in sturdy branded boxes with protective inserts
- Gift packaging is available at no additional cost upon request
We use eco-conscious materials wherever possible without compromising on protection.
Shipping Restrictions
Please be aware of the following restrictions:
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes
- Certain products may have destination restrictions due to local regulations
- We reserve the right to cancel orders to addresses that cannot be verified
If your country or region is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
All shipments are fully insured against loss and damage during transit.
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us
- We will initiate a trace with the carrier and keep you updated
- If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund
