• Applicable taxes (GST) are included in the listed price

For international orders, prices will be converted to your local currency at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

• All products come with an authenticity certificate where applicable
• Product images are representative — minor variations in colour, texture, or pattern are inherent to handcrafted and natural materials
• Product descriptions are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible

If you believe you have received a product that does not match its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

All content on ashwaa.com is the exclusive property of Ashwaa and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• This includes all text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and product photography
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
• The Ashwaa name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law:

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question
