Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@ashwaa.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will respond within 24 hours with return authorisation and shipping instructions
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the item using the provided return label or a trackable shipping method

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the full amount

For exchanges involving a price difference, you will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bespoke and made-to-order pieces
  • Personalised or monogrammed items
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Sale items may be exchanged for store credit only and are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damage or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free return pickup and send the correct item or issue a full refund at your preference. Ashwaa covers all shipping costs for returns due to our error.

Please Note

All bespoke, personalised, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items may only be exchanged for store credit. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything is damaged or incorrect.
