Shipping policy
A piece leaves our atelier only when it is ready. Until then, it is being checked, folded, and packed by hand.
Where we ship
Ashwaa currently ships within India only. International shipping will be introduced in due course; until then, international clients are invited to write to us at info@ashwaa.com to discuss bespoke arrangements.
Order processing
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched from our Delhi atelier within two to three working days of order confirmation. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number on the day your piece leaves us.
Made-to-order pieces follow the timeline communicated to you at the time of the order.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Indian public holidays.
Delivery
Complimentary insured delivery is offered on every order, regardless of order value. We ship through a premium courier partner, with door-to-door tracking.
Estimated delivery, once dispatched:
• Delhi NCR - same day where possible, within 24 hours.
• Metro cities - two to three working days.
• Other locations - three to six working days.
A signature is required on delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will attempt delivery twice more before holding the parcel for collection.
Risk and insurance
Every Ashwaa shipment is insured against loss or damage in transit, up to the invoice value of the piece. The risk in the piece passes to you on delivery.
Please examine the outer parcel at the time of delivery. If the parcel appears tampered with or damaged, refuse the shipment, or accept it with a clear note of the damage on the courier’s delivery receipt. Write to us at info@ashwaa.com on the same day.
Address accuracy
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is complete, accurate, and current. Ashwaa cannot be held responsible for non-delivery on account of an incorrect or incomplete address. A reshipment in such a case is charged to the client.
Tracking and questions
Your dispatch email carries a tracking link. For any question about a shipment in transit, please write to us at info@ashwaa.com, quoting your order number. Our client care team responds within one working day.
